Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day administration, data management and planning and management of key marketing programs. The Marketing Specialist works collaterally with other marketing team members to utilize best practices and maximize output.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain social media calendar and develop posts for company social media pages.
• Management and maintenance of additional online accounts including Google MyBusiness.
• Manage lead generation efforts from eurofinsUS.com, with leads being input directly into Eurofins CRM system and distributed directly to appropriate sales team members.
• Assist in development of company literature requests.
• Assist with data management with Eurofins CRM system to ensure all information is as up to date as possible and assigned appropriately.
• Assist in ensuring brand compliance across organization.
• Other essential marketing duties as necessary to support client and company needs.
• Assists and performs marketing communication duties as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Understanding of the principles of Marketing.
• Copy writer/editor skills to write and/or rework technical text for a broader audience.
• Demonstrates creative and analytical skills.
• Experience with Adobe Cloud products.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Social Media Management.
• Highly organized – ability to prioritize multi-task workload with competing and shifting priorities.
