We are excited to offer a 12-week remote ($20-25) Financial Analyst Internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience within our Global Finance Team. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support various Fortrea business partner projects and contribute to the advancement of financial decision making.

Internship Assignment Summary:
- Collaborate with Global FP&A in establishing standard reporting to be utilized across all segments and functions of Fortrea to drive insight for business leaders
- Participate in monthly close process with FP&A partners to learn more about financial controls and analysis used to discuss financial results
- Assist in development of quarterly and year to go planning for business unis to help inform business leaders of current operational and financial forecasts
- Work with operational partners to help drive insight into departmental use of time recording to better understand billable productivity
- Participate in regular meetings with Finance Management and business management to help inform and drive decision making
- Assist in preparation of financial analysis for a capital expenditure request to be presented to management committee
- Identify opportunities to automate/simplify forecasting or reporting processes
- Work on ad-hoc analysis/projects
- A rising junior or senior undergraduate or graduate candidate in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business or related major.
- Strong independent action oriented individual
- Ability to communicate with individuals across all levels of the organization (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
