Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, you will use your strong presentation and communication skills to deliver insights and recommendations for our clients. You will envision and implement integrated analytics platforms, including secondary data sources and conducting primary market research while leveraging AI/ML analytics. You will also play a vital role in designing strategic portfolio solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of data scientists and analysts to achieve both tactical and strategic goals.
• Engage deeply with senior pharmaceutical client stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable insights, with a history of having developed roadmaps to establish omni-channel capabilities.
• Spearhead the design of strategic portfolio solutions, utilizing experience in minimizing brand cannibalization and maximizing incremental growth. Further, leverage expertise in defining strategic positioning for pipeline assets.
• Interact regularly with research teams, product managers, and other partners. Previously, you've promoted thought leadership in areas such as diabetes and obesity, being recognized and invited as a speaker on the topic.
• Evolve and refine our analytics solutions, having previously housed AI/ML-powered analytics modules that address critical business questions.
• Utilize Agile Scrum processes and ensure efficient project progression, prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Engage in pre-sales processes, discerning opportunities, and leveraging prior experience in responding to RFPs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 in the pharmaceutical domain
• Strong client communication
• Eager to drive demand and craft proposals that stimulate interest
• Strong understanding of Cloud and Data Analytics technologies & trends
• Agile, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic consulting environment
• Market mix modeling, NBX, sales analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Bachelor’s or master’s in relevant fields, MBA preferred

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $145,000 - $185,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
