Your Role
As a Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing outsourcing needs for our current and future clinical trials. From vendor identification to contract execution and lifecycle management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinical outsourcing activities, including supplier assessment, RFP/RFQ/RFI, and contract negotiations.
Independently handle global clinical development agreements, ensuring adherence to contract terms and conditions.
Provide guidance to project teams on sourcing processes, offering valuable insights and industry best practices.
Cultivate and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contracted services.
Analyze and report service provider performance using metrics to ensure alignment with expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/industry experience (8+ years).
Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, academia, or Clinical Research Organizations (CROs).
Solid understanding of the drug development process, especially clinical trials in a global setting.
Proven experience in RFP development, proposal evaluation, and contract and budget management.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
