Technical Support Specialist

You will be responsible for customer support for bilingual projects.

We are looking for a wide range of candidates, from people with IT experience who want to work in IT work using English to people with bilingual IT work experience.

Job Description■

Projects will be decided based on your experience and when you joined the company.

You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.

This is mainly a user support type operation project, and there are many projects where support is provided by touching the actual machine.

■Project example:

・Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign-affiliated pharmaceutical company in Tokyo

・ Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripheral devices

・User support will mainly be in Japanese, and we will collaborate with overseas engineers in English.

Job Requirement ■

Required conditions (IT experience):

・Those who can speak business-level Japanese and English (telephone, email, document)

・1 year or more of IT help desk or user support experience

・People who are willing to learn about IT technology

・Ability to be flexible with work schedule as depending on the project, shift work might be necessary

・Those who are comfortable communicating over the phone etc.

・Those who can act autonomously

■Recommended conditions (widens the range of work that can be introduced)

・More than 1 year of experience in supporting foreign companies in English

・Those who want to utilize their English skills to engage in IT work

・Simple troubleshooting experience on client PC (Windows 10)

・Experience solving problems while communicating with overseas teams in English

Annual salary 3,480,000 yen ~ 6,000,000 yen
