They have expanded tremendously over the last few years and are able to boast of tenders and contracts they have won across the ANZ region for their extensive product range.
About The Opportunity...
Manage end to end all tender submissions, sales contracts and contract administration. Assess opportunities, partner with various internal and external stakeholders to define strategy and to lead the contract & tender process to submission. Take ownership of managing timelines and reporting, this role gives an exciting opportunity to implement and improve processes.
What You'll Be Doing...
  • Manage Contracts & Tenders submission process end to end
  • Collaborate with the business to plan, prepare and formulate contracts & tender submissions in accordance with business strategy and customer expectations
  • Identify new tender opportunities
  • Responsible for preparation, coordination and review of all contracts and customer agreements
  • Manage contract related communication e.g. contract calendar, contract inbox, product variation, price variation, extension
  • Provide contract & tender reporting to all relevant internal and external customers
  • Maintain a general and comprehensive understanding of contracts database
  • Maintain the tender library and ensure up to date
What You Need...
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • Previous experience managing contracts & tenders essential
  • Experience working in healthcare preferred
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Systems savvy – experience using SAP preferred
