Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Be responsible for site IT function development and management, and support business team to develop digital talents. 负责IT团队的发展和管理，并协调业务团队培养数字化人才。
- Support site leader team to develop and maintain site digitalization strategy according to global and site business strategy. 协助工厂管理层，根据公司和工厂的业务发展战略，制定和管理工厂的数字化发展战略。
- Lead site digital strategic project deployment, including technical solution development, cost estimation and application, project execution and validation etc. 领导工厂数字化战略项目的实施，包括技术方案的审定，预算概算及申请，方案的实施和验证等。
- Be responsible for site information system management. 负责工厂信息化系统的维护和管理。
- According to business requirements, support the business team to optimize business process, and lead process digitalization. 根据业务需求，协助业务团队进行流程梳理，并领导业务流程的数字化优化规划、实现和管理，支撑业务发展。
- Complete other assigned work. 完成主管分配的其他工作。
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in information engineering, computer science and technology, etc.; 教育： 信息工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业,大学或以上学历。
- More than 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry IT function, with at least 3 years' experience in IT team management; Familiar with common ERP, MES, digital platform system, have lead digitalization project deployment; familiar with site IT planning and IT project management, be familiar with IT function operation andmanagement. Pharmaceutical industry working experience is preferred. 经验：有8年以上制造业信息化工作经验，3年以上IT团队管理经验；熟悉市场主流的ERP、MES、数字化平台等系统应用及流程，具有实际项目实施管理经验；了解企业IT规划管理、IT项目管理，熟悉IT运维和管理。制药行业工作经验优先考虑。
- Good communication and coordination; Be accountable and good teamwork.能力：具备较强的沟通、协调能力；勇于担当，有良好的团队合作精神。
