Our client is a Hong Kong listed, global top 40 pharmaceutical company with more than 24,000 employees. Its product offerings include a variety of biological drugs and chemical drugs, and it occupies an advantageous position in many potential therapeutic fields such as liver disease, tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, orthopedics, digestive system, immune and respiratory diseases. We are looking for a FP&A Manager for its overseas subcompany in UK, the role will be base in UK and Abu Dhabi to support the new R&D center operation in Abu Dhabi.


  • Finance BP of its global R&D and Clinical operation; Provide Clinical finance management and maintenance of phase I-IV trials
  • Perform detailed quantitative analysis for R&D, clinical operational and strategic planning;
  • Negotiate clinical trial budgets with industry sponsors and CRO's
  • Regulatory review of clinical trial agreements, protocols, informed consents, and billing
  • Driving Group processes of providing accurate, transparent, insightful, and timely reporting of financial performance and future expectations.
  • Leading the preparation of management reporting for the Executive Management team, the Board of Directors, and corporate Foundation (key shareholders).


  • Working proficiency in both English and Chinese;Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in planning and analysis or related finance analysis position
  • Experienced Finance BP in drug R&D or Clinical operation
  • Capable of designing and implementing systems and data structures effective for automating reporting and analysis solutions
  • An analytical mindset and be a self-starter, being able to see opportunities and solve problems independently.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, being able to work with both management and employees in the organization.
  • Confident in presenting your views and being challenged.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the business performance.
