Context:

In order to support our double-digit growth, we are looking for talented Finance transformation professionals who will play a key role in managing finance transformation projects from A to Z for leading companies across sector such as the Pharmaceutical, Energy, Transport, Telecom, Aeronautics… and many more!

Main responsibilities:

As part of our Finance Practice, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge by managing challenging projects:

• Project set up (business case, framing, initiation...)
• Project management (planning, status, escalation...)
• Risk management and mitigation plans
• Lead/perform analysis and brainstorming sessions
• Change management/adoption

Thanks to your entrepreneurship, you strive to:

• Enhance the overall finance/business performance of our clients
• Find areas of improvement concerning financial processes, organization and tools at the client
• Implement new processes and financial tools
• Put in place concrete action plans

Your profile:

• Master degree with at least a first experience in Financial projects
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Highly analytical
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Ambitious and positive, with a team-player mind-set
• Motivate and drive positive change in people
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
• Experience in a highly dynamic and complex environment is a plus
