Position Overview

The Clinical Research Coordinator will carry out assigned tasks, including protocol-mandated visit procedures, conducting interviews and providing subject materials, medication administration and dispensing, compliance with regulatory standards, and involvement in subject recruitment initiatives, all supervised by the study's Principal Investigator. Additionally, the Clinical Research Coordinator must interact with Principal Investigators, pharmaceutical companies (Sponsors), contract research organizations (monitors), and research subjects.

• Ensure patient safety, meet enrollment targets, maintain quality and timely data entry, and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• This role necessitates outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, along with flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in GCP, IATA, and FDA regulations is required.
• Candidates should be capable of performing basic clinical procedures such as blood work, vital signs, height, and weight measurements, as well as ECGs.
• Additionally, the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of patients across multiple studies is essential.
• Candidates must be open to working a flexible schedule.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree required; Nursing or Health Science preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Therapeutic area experience in CKD, nephrology, or vascular access is a plus.
• Experience with Case Report Forms (CRFs), data collection, GCP, IRB, etc.
