**Position: Registered Pharmacy Technician**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure the highest standard of pharmaceutical care
• Accurately and efficiently process prescriptions, checking for accuracy and ensuring correct pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, in-person, and chat interactions
• Utilize pharmacy technology to optimize workflow and enhance overall customer experience
• Manage inventory and maintain a well-organized pharmacy space
• Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Perform duties within the full extent of the pharmacy technician scope, including providing meter training, administering injections, and any other responsibilities as permitted by regulatory standards
  

**Qualifications:**

• Registered Pharmacy Technician certification in the province of Ontario
• Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in an online or innovative environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with pharmacy technology and software
