Digital & Event Coordinator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
As our Digital & Event Coordinator (m/f/d) you act as a team assistant for our Commercial Operations Team to support within the daily business and work on exciting projects with focus on events & digital activities. Your project scope includes activities in all our International Markets regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).

• Support the Commercial Operations team in exciting marketing, medical, and market access projects, bringing your skills to tasks such as desk research, visualizations, and analysis.
• Contribute to the success of events by assisting in planning, coordinating with agencies, screening event locations, providing on-site support, managing participant logistics, and tracking vital event KPIs.
• Drive digital initiatives by supporting our Distribution Partners with community network access, facilitating website template rollouts, aligning with digital agencies, and tracking digital KPIs.
• Support and assist our Commercial Operations Team, contributing to the smooth flow of daily business operations
• Take ownership of budget lists, overseeing invoice monitoring and budget management to ensure financial efficiency within Commercial Operations.
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to our Region International Markets to provide exceptional customer service.
• Efficiently manage purchase orders and invoices, contributing to the financial and operational success of Commercial Operations.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in event management, marketing, business administration or a comparable field.
• Experience in supporting senior experts and leaders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business processes.
• Proven experience in supporting marketing or similar projects as well as in the implementation of digital initiatives.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing events, including working with agencies and providing support to your attendees.
• Structured and meticulous way of working, with a high level of proactivity to develop innovative solutions and approaches
• Solid know-how in the field of digital & new media
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
