NeoKare Nutrition Ltd is the first company in UK and Europe to bring the concept of collecting, processing and promoting 100% human breast milk derived products to save the lives of premature and critically ill infants.

NeoKare has a pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing site with multiple cleanrooms, R&D, chemical and microbial labs and deep freezer in Redditch, Worcestershire, UK.

NeoKare site is ISO22000 and GMP certified

This is a Full-time or Part-time role based at the manufacturing site and the role involves primarily maintaining the necessary documentation for the Quality systems, as well as conducting hands-on analysis for the milk & milk products.

For a Part-time role, we would be seeking an individual to work a minimum of 3 days/week.

QA Responsibilities

• Prepare, keep updated and maintain the Quality manuals and other documentation relating to ISO 22000, GMP, GLP, and HACCP
• Conduct microbial and physico-chemical analysis of raw milk and finished goods
• Maintain the hygienic and GMP norms of plant
• Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements

Skills & Experience                            

• Excellent knowledge of global food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP, GLP, ISO 22000)
• Experience in conducting food/dairy products testing.
• A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
• Good computer skills, including MS Office, Word & Excel
• Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Demonstrable experience in a QA Manager/Supervisory role within a food manufacturing / Processing environment

Education / Training

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prefer to have HACCP level 3 & ISO 22000:2018 certificates.
• Graduate in the field of food/dairy or related discipline
