Corporate Integration Operations Specialist
Reporting to the Corporate Integration Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Tracelink routinary activities and CSV.
Being His/Her Major Accountabilities
Configuring products in Tracelink (products, templates…) for corporate products
Establishing connections with partners
Troubleshooting operations in the system
Follows new compliance regulations (part of intelligence groups)
Participation in the implementation of new modules
Maintaining SOPs and trainings related to serialization
EMVO SPOC backup
We Require

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Have experience in pharmaceutical industry (at least 1 year).
• 2 years of experience in similar role
• Interest on computer systems in the pharmaceutical industry
• Capable to do root cause investigations (user level) for troubleshooting.
• English B2
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Excel and outlook seniority
• Used to work among different departments
