Shift Lead II

About The Role
5-7 products manufactured at the Puurs site. The Shift Lead II is responsible for managing his team to carry out the manufacturing operations according to schedule in compliance with HSE and GMP rules.
Key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Represent production management to the team members and promote Novartis values within the team;
• Line responsibility and shift walkthrough;
• Engage and motivate the team and delivers strong results with an empowered team.

Role Requirements
Essential requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Scientific disciplines or previous similar experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated environment;
• Fluent in Dutch. Good knowledge of English;
• Previous experience in a sterile manufacturing company desirable;
• Open minded, flexible, proactive and eager to learn.
  

Work Location: Puurs (Belgium).
