Due to our continued growth, we are hiring anInside Sales RepresentativeatWake Research,an M3 company. This is a remote position.

M3 Wake Research is an integrated network of premier investigational sites meeting the clinical research needs of global biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations (CROs). M3 Wake Research, Inc. is one of the largest independent Clinical Research multi-site companies in US, with close to 30 owned and managed research sites across the country that is continuing to grow through acquisitions and uncompromising commitment to careful planning and execution in accordance with regulatory compliance.
Conducting studies since 1984, M3 Wake Research owns a proprietary patient database of potential clinical trial participants across USA. As of today, our board-certified physicians have completed more than 7,000+ successful clinical trials, while consistently exceeding sponsor expectations for integrity, timeliness, subject enrollment, human protection, and expeditious delivery of accurate evaluable data.
Job Description
TheInside Sales Representativeis responsible for specific study feasibility submission as well as research and outreach for new clinical trials.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Use a selection of channels to identify and quality new business opportunities including inbound lead follow-up, outbound warm and cold calls, emails, Teams video calls and social media
- Research and implement new and innovative strategies to identify new business and revenue streams
- Communicate openly with internal and external sales teams, lead generation and marketing
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of marketplace and competitors
- Assist with territory support as needed
- Feasibility completion and submission for specific clinical research sites
- Maintain current PI lists with CROs/Sponsors in their respective databases
- Research prospective studies in targeted therapeutic areas
- Pursue identified leads to successful CDA and FQ acquisition
- Assist in maintaining relationships with current Sponsors/CROS
- Assist with qualification visits and/or client interfacing at assigned sites
- Maintain study details within the Salesforce database to include past/current study metrics
- Collaborate with the full business development team to ensure cohesive study development
- Conference or local event attendance with clients
Qualifications
Education and Training Required:
- BA or BS degree, preferred
- Understand the targeted studies to include company, project and company contacts
- Knowledge of which marketing strategies can be used to attract CROs and Sponsors
- Possess strong understanding of the clinical research sites, PIs and their capabilities
- Experience in completion and submission of clinical trial CDAs and feasibilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications of Salesforce, Excel and Outlook
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years prior clinical research experience preferred
- Prior customer service or sales experience in research or other industry
