  • Market understanding: regular tracking and analyzing market dynamics of responsible therapeutical area, competitions by hospital / retail channels and by markets
  • Patient understanding deep dive on patient journey, identify key opportunities of brand and key touchpoints to influence
  • Channel understanding to develop channel strategy with key opportunities clarification and development plan initiatives.
  • Broad Market project development to develop distributor coverage strategy with support plan initiatives.
  • Trade support: participate in joint business plan and partners engagements with commercial team
  • Brand assets development: develop disease / product education materials and tools for retail channel
  • Marketing campaigns: collaborate with internal / external partners, lead brand campaigns design and execution, track ROI and optimize following activations
  • Product management: existing product maintenance, product renovation
  • Budget management: A&P planning and tracking
Secondary Job Description
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, majors in marketing/communication/clinical medicine/pharmacy are preferred.
Required Experience And Skills
  • Requires 6-10 years of branding / retail marketing experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare related industry or FMCG with distributor management experiences.
  • Logical thinking, superior data mining and analysis skills.
  • Strong at strategy development with value chain study and channel P&L development
  • Superior collaboration skills and communications skills.
  • Valued experience in distributor management, with distribution expansion experience is value added.
  • Project management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Hands-on experience on marketing planning and executions.
  • Quick learner and be able to apply the knowledge to solve key business challenges.
  • Excellent language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Chinese (mandatory).
  • End to End mindset – a relentless ability to connect people, processes and information.
Preferred Experience And Skills
  • Deep understanding on pharmaceutical regulatory, policies, and trends.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to do things differently.
