About The Role
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to join our Biomedical Discovery team as we embark on groundbreaking target validation projects. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in coordinating the various aspects of early validation of novel oncology potential therapeutic targets within our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative cancer therapies and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Your experience in biological or molecular sciences project management within a commercial/industrial setting, will be instrumental in supporting successful drug development programs from early research to preclinical stages.

About The Role

In Particular, You Will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards.
- Support the principal scientist leading a given indication in planning, coordinating and monitoring target validation projects in oncology.
- Contribute to the design of experiments, assays, and data analysis outcomes related to target validation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions or delays by proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the course of projects.
- Promote clear and effective communication among internal teams, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment.
- Generate and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and other relevant teams.
- Communicate project updates, achievements, and challenges in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
- PhD in life sciences (cellular or molecular biology, biotechnology, oncology) is highly desired.
- Proven experience in project management within pharmaceutical/biotech/techbio.
- Experience working in complex alliance structures across multiple stakeholders, where sensitive communication and milestone management are essential.
- Strong understanding of oncology drug discovery and target validation processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Highly organized and meticulous about details; capable of tackling complex problems logically and effectively.
- Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Fluent in French is a plus.
- Occasional travel to Paris may be required.
