Here at PH Water and Air Technologies, we’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Farnborough, Hampshire. If you’re commercially aware, with water treatment industry specific knowledge and understanding, with demonstrable experience of driving sales and building revenue growth this role may just be for you.

You’ll play a pivotal role in our team where your technical industry experience and proven sales track record will drive our growth business plans.

What we offer:

We’re looking to offer a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission with an OTE of £75,000 or above for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company pension and healthcare, company car and fuel card, accrued hours scheme and a financial loyalty bonus.

Key areas of responsibility:

· Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, products and services

· Building relationships with new clients, ascertaining their needs and developing proposals to address these needs

· Attending conferences and networking events with industry partners, staying abreast with new technical advancements and trends

· Work consistently to drive revenue and margins, managing sales flow whilst building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Experience required for the role:

· You need to have a proven track record of commercial success in sales

· Be IT literate where sales data and revenue are reported, and able to use social media platforms to support lead generation, communication and marketing

· A natural ability to make and build strong professional relationships

· A personal drive and commitment to deliver and exceed targets
