Operations Manager - Air Hygiene

Here at PH Water and Air Technologies, we’re seeking an Operations Manager to join our Air Hygiene team based in Farnborough, Hampshire. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 8 engineers, scheduling works, planning of work force required, overseeing and checking Engineering Reports ensuring compliance and much more to facilitate the continuation of the smooth running of the day-to-day business demands.

What we offer:

We’re looking to offer a salary of between £40,000-£45,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company pension and healthcare, accrued hours scheme, financial loyalty bonus and the working hours are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.

Key areas of responsibility:

· You’ll take responsibility of contracts and relationships with suppliers, cost saving wherever possible

· Be responsible for the management and supervision of the contracted engineers where you’ll delegate work against customer competency requirements, manage information sharing and monitoring documentation compliance

· Take responsibility of budget supervision ensuring budgets are maintained

· Support other areas of the business such as Sales, Administration and Accounts delivering required data, client status updates and concise, accurate reports

Experience required for the role:

· Being highly computer literate is a must as you’ll be producing reports, budget information and much more along with using our industry specific internal system

· Operations management experience gained within the Air Hygiene is ideal but not mandatory

· Previous people management experience is required and an ability to delegate work accordingly

· A strong work ethic, a ‘no job is too small’ mentality, with a can do attitude is the order of the day
