About the role?
We are looking for a highly skilled manager with SAP S4 Hana experience, to ensure Pharmanovia derives the maximum value from our current solutions and identify new transformations. As such, the role is to drive business value and ensure Pharmanovia is a highly automated, operationally efficient organisation.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Projects, in this role you will be required to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business to deliver a programme that will meet current and future requirements.
You will direct Pharmanovia’s teams and external consultants to design, implement, test and document end-to-end solutions that will integrate our systems along a clear improvement/delivery roadmap spanning 3 to 5 years.
The department has an ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
  • Developing Business Case, transformation roadmap, and implementation plans,
  • Overseeing full end to end project/change delivery lifecycle from idea submission and scoping phases to final release and transition to operational support teams,
  • Supporting colleagues in pre-sale activities, demos, practice expansion,
  • Collaboration and coordination of business functions, particularly in close involvement with CSV team where applicable,
  • Utilising project and change management tooling and methodologies combining Agile and Waterfall Change Management with lean Six Sigma continual service improvement processes.
  • Identification and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency (e.g., the timely and accurate issuance of Invoices),
  • Delivery of training to junior colleagues and sharing of best practices,
  • Change collision detection.
About you:
Required
Candidates with at least three years’ professional experience in designing and documenting core business processes, with full end to end project delivery, are likely to have the skills required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
  • A Minimum of 3 years professional experience in designing and documenting core business processes, such as order to cash, procure to pay and plant creation
  • Change/Project Lifecycle (both Waterfall and Agile)
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP ERP S4 Hana, its components, ecosystem and processes
  • Experience in conducting system analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping
  • Proven process improvement and change management skills
  • Project Management Tools
  • Relevant experience with Intelligent Automation tools such as HighRadius, Sidetrade, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Neptune, UIPath, etc
  • Exposure to transformation process and business change initiatives
  • Emphasis on “Excellence” in the delivery of the highest quality standards
  • Keen understanding of the importance of planning and scoping change before execution
  • Good analytical skills, a creative solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take own initiative
  • Solution focused rather than constraint focused
  • Must always demonstrate strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Consistently display an approachable, helpful, and flexible attitude
  • A process driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a growth mindset is essential
