QA/QC Supervisor

QA/QC Manager
Exclusively partnering with a client of over a decade I am now looking I help hire a QA/QC Manager for a picturesque, small, manufacturing site based in North Wales
As one of the world’s leading brands in their product area for over a century, my client is a global business that offers a truly family feel to the working environment.
Working on a small site situated in the beautiful countryside, you will take on broad responsibilities overseeing both QA and QC activities in the unit. This position will take full responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) and will work closely with the Head of Quality and Head of Supply Chain to ensure unit quality targets are met. With direct responsibility of a small team, you will be fully hands on and must be comfortable taking on a broad range of QA/QC duties.
Experience

• Previous experience of QC and QA environments in food, pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is required
• Must have taken broad responsibilities over a QMS
• Any previous experience in food supplements or the bottled water industry would be nice to have but is not essential
• GMP experience is essential
• Line management experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong experience in reporting and monitoring
• Focus on continuous improvement within a QMS
