Senior FP&A Manager

Our client, a start up Pharmaceutical organisation are seeking a Finance Business Partner to be their first European Finance hire and support with growth and existing launch plans that include the likes of Australia and further European regions.

You will be required to engage with a number of different stakeholders including, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Global Commercial Finance Leads and other areas of the Senior Leadership team.

Further responsibilities include;

- Provide decision support to ensure strategic and operational decisions are made in a timely and robust manner

- Lead the process to incorporate new entities as part of the geographical expansion plan

- Analysis of sales performance

- Analysing P&L activities

- Budgeting & Forecasting

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with a relevant finance or accounting degree, further desirable experience include;

- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry

- 3 years of professional finance and accounting experience within commercial organisations

- Experience/exposure to high growth or start up organisations

Strong commercial skills are important however being someone who shares the value and passion of the company is key, the right person will be critical in enabling the business to make effective decisions!
