(Sr.) Business Development Manager DACH - CDMO (m/w/d)

Proclinical are recruiting for a (Sr.) Business Development Manager DACH to join a contract manufacturing organisation. This role is on a permanent basis located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the assessment, deliberation and implementation of tactical collaborations and co-development agreements.
• Work alongside the internal teams to recognise and acknowledge customer requirements, serving as the main point of contact for business growth.
• Assume a proactive approach in recognising and interacting with possible clients across all CDMO service lines, fostering long-term relationships.
• You will both craft and implement novel business development methods to surpass financial goals across designated EU locations, focusing on the DACH region.
• Responsible for developing customised methods for regional market entry, cultivating solid pipelines and accomplishing revenue targets.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a life science field.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Demonstrable experience in business development leadership within a pharmaceutical or CRO/CDMO, with a background in closing major deals.
• Comprehension of the biopharmaceutical landscape with an attention to developing technologies.
• Expertise on industry dynamics and deal-making methods.
• Works well in a team with a proactive mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced settings.
• Capable of handling various projects concurrently as well as the ability to work well while under pressure when meeting deadlines.
