Remote Administrative Assistant position

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position for a company within the Pharmaceutical industry. This is a remote position and is a 3 month contract with potential to go longer or turn permanent for the right fit. This role offers full time hours, fantastic compensation and the ability to gain experience with a well known organization in the pharmaceuticals industry! A normal day will include providing administrative support such as data entry, coordinating and organizing assigned projects as well as communicating with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and input data in the salesforce
• Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs
• Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
• Scan and print files when requested
• Liaise with internal departments
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
• Strong attention to detail for precise data entry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Exposure to Salesforce system would be considered an asset
• Great organization and communication skills
