About The Company.
We are a foreign owned company specializing in packaging machinery solutions for the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and cosmetics industries.
About The Team.
You will lead a sales team of 9 subordinators and make national sales for the company's localized products and equipment.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in China.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the pharmaceutical, sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Uhlmann Packaging at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and network with key stakeholders.
skills and experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the packaging machinery or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, markets in China, with established connections and relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within China as needed.
