This is a remote position.
Rayden is looking for an Analytics & Insights Associate to join our growing Life Sciences Team. The Analytics & Insights (AI) Associate will help manage digital patient engagement campaigns and support various types of data analyses to advance Phreesia’s patient communications business in life sciences and healthcare. The Associate will work collaboratively with AI Managers and with cross functional internal teams (including but not limited to the sales team and data science team) on campaign oversight, reporting, and measurement to ensure campaign success. This is a heavily data-driven role, that interfaces mainly with internal stakeholders with some client engagement, involving communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners.
You Will :
  • Manage day-to-day contact with internal teams
  • Work across assigned medical condition categories to define patient populations based on relevant medical terms and manage campaign setup and delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally on data analyses, story-telling and client presentations
  • Independently manage reporting, drawing meaningful insights from data
  • Conduct research around assigned clinical disease areas to define patient populations based on clinical terms
  • Maintain an understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape with an emphasis on the market of competitors for assigned clinical disease areas
  • Support the broader team on larger strategic projects with guidance from senior team members
  • Contribute individually, as well as build relationships with internal team members
Requirements
You have:
  • BA or BS, with at least 2+ years of work experience or higher level of education in a healthcare-related field
  • Understanding of the US pharmaceutical landscape
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity to research or dig into data to enhance understanding
  • Highly motivated to work with and contribute to a growing team
  • Passion for healthcare and impacting patient outcomes
Preferred:
  • Experience with digital or media analytics and measurement
  • Experience with healthcare research or analytics (market research, healthcare data analytics, etc.)
  • Understanding of the US pharmaceutical landscape
