Your role

• Beobachtet und korrigiert das cGMP- und Sicherheitsverhalten der Mitarbeitenden
• Ist mit seinen Linienteams verantwortlich für eine fehlerfreie Dokumentation der Herstelldokumentation
• Unterstützt seine Linienteams bei der Vermeidung von Verschwendungen, Abweichungen und Überbelastungen
• Führt die Linienteams und sorgt für einen ordnungsgemäßen, GMP-gerechten Arbeitsablauf
• Führt die Linien- und/ oder Equipmentfreigaben durch
• Ist erster Ansprechpartner bei Abweichungen im Produktionsprozess und übernimmt die Koordination von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen, Störungen und/oder Unterbrechungen im Herstellprozess
• Erfasst und dokumentiert Abweichungen und kommuniziert diese an die Abteilungsleiter und Prozessexperten
• Kontrolliert vor Ort an der Linie die FAs auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit gemäß den cGMP Anforderungen und veranlasst Korrekturmaßnahmen unverzüglich
• Greift korrigierend in die Prozessabläufe ein, um vorbeugend Fehler zu vermeiden (Corrective & Preventative Action)
  

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise als Pharmakant/Chemikant/Laborant oder ver-gleichbare Qualifikation; Industriemeister von Vorteil
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung/Prüfung vorzugsweise steriler Arzneiformen; möglichst mit Führungserfahrung
• Kenntnisse in den Methoden und Werkzeugen von Lean von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

• Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
• Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids and cold chain products

• Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
• Batch size: up to 3500 liters
• Clean room area: 4000 m²
