After a successful 2023, we are hiring for a Contract Team Lead to join one of our highest performing teams in our London HQ. We are looking to speak to experienced 360 recruiters that have worked in any Life Sciences or STEM sector with over 2 years’ experience; and have experience in either leading a team or mentoring.

The role:

This opportunity is based in our London office, and reports to our Global Contracts Director, who has over 12 years of experience building and developing teams within the Global Contract Life Sciences sector. Coming into a leadership role, the position offers responsbility of building and developing a team, whilst being hands on in developing partnerships with clients globally and directly sourcing for their Contract teams.

The role offers a huge amount of autonomy and trust to build out both your team and your desk, and the chance to develop your career quickly to Team Manager/AD in a meritocratic and supportive culture. You will work alongside a highly experienced and internationally recognised senior management team (5+ years with SA on average) and an exceptional Learning and Development function based in our London office.

What we are looking for:

• We are looking for background within recruitment, ideally in a transferable market and understand the various models available and benefits associated with each offering.
• A key part of this role is Business Development, so you should have experience opening new accounts and examples of successfully delivering into them.
• You should have experience mentoring, supporting, and developing more junior recruiters, ideally having worked closely with L&D to create training plans.
• You should also be able to provide examples of building networks and developing relationships.
• Your ambition to succeed in a competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be evident.
