What you can expect:

• As the Head of Internal Communications (f/m/d), you'll be at the forefront of designing and executing innovative internal communication strategies, employee campaigns, and targeted programs aimed at advancing the company's business objectives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to the STADA Executive Committee, as well as leaders across various business units and enabling functions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping internal communication strategies.
• Ensuring effective dissemination of company values, strategic goals, initiatives, events, successes, and challenges to all employees will be a primary focus of your responsibilities.
• You'll embody and promote the company values of Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and One STADA in both internal and external interactions.
• Collaborating closely with business divisions and enabling functions, you'll curate content and transform ideas into compelling narratives for employees, while also proactively measuring, tracking, and reporting on the impact of communication efforts.
• From crafting engaging content for internal communication channels to providing support to the CEO and Executive Committee through speechwriting and document drafting, you'll be the central point of contact for all communication-related matters.
  

Who we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will possess a relevant academic qualification in communication management, public relations, journalism, health economics, bio-medical sciences, or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant experience in the field of corporate internal communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in distilling complex, technical information into clear and compelling communications is a must.
• A proactive approach to organizational development, aimed at fostering cultural transformation in alignment with company values.
• A passiontowards innovation and continuous improvement, coupled with a passion for leveraging data, digital tools, and technology in communications.
• The ability to maintain a holistic perspective in a dynamic environment and establish connections between programs, activities, and communications to ensure a cohesive employee experience is crucial.
• Energy, agility, results-orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset are qualities we value, along with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish trust and break down barriers.
• Proficiency in both English and German languageis required for effective communication in this role.
