Description:

Our client is seeking a talented Lawyer to join our legal team and support our pharmaceutical business with a focus on EU clients. The successful candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of EU regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, intellectual property, and litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations and guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support on business initiatives.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Admitted to practice law in the EU.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of EU regulations and guidelines related to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
