Veeva RIM Technical Consultant

Zifo is growing! We are looking for a Veeva Technical Consultant will be responsible for configuring and administering using the Veeva Vault /RIM platform. The individual will provide the technical skills required to analyze customer needs and gaps and to propose and implement solutions for the desired state. The Veeva Technical Consultant will work with Business Users and Managers of Customers in conjunction with the internal Zifo team.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

• Review Business processes and systems
• Application Development and end-user support
• Implement configurations within Veeva Vault/RIM
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy
• Perform Gap Analysis, Define Future state process workflow, Resolve user issues.
• Produce and deliver required technical documents and reports to customers
• Initiate and lead business requirement gathering and design activities, fostering close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT partners.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance and perform timely upgrades within Veeva Vault applications to meet the business requirements.
• Manage Veeva regular maintenance releases, as well as minor and major enhancement releases, overseeing development, testing, and deployment phases, aligning with SDLC deliverables.
  

Required Skills

• Strong Written and Oral communication skills
• Ability to perform configuration changes encompassing Lifecycle, Workflow, Document types, Objects, atomic security, reports, and Dashboards, optimizing system performance.
• Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Vault Loaders for the execution of bulk updates, streamlining data management.
• Strong Experience with Veeva Vault Platform including RIM, QMS, CTMS, eTMF, etc.
• Experience with content creation, content management and deployment
• Certification on Veeva (preferred)
• Resource & Effort Planning
• Task Planning & Scheduling
• Scope & Time Management
• Vendor Management and Risk Assessment.
• Ability to prioritize requirements, handle escalations, guide the team and remove roadblocks
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or health care field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Technical Consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical /Life sciences industry.
• Knowledgeable about the Pharmaceutical Research and Drug Discovery & Development processes and Biologics workflows.
• Knowledge on standard and policies including 21CFR part 11, GLP, GCP etc.
• Strong understanding of R&D process and experience handling scientific / clinical informatics projects.
