What You'll Do: The Senior Clinical Data Associate (CDA) will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Acting as a CDA leader in reviewing and interpreting automated data discrepancy output, as well as performing manual listing reviews and generating data queries to be sent to the investigational site, following standard conventions and procedures.</li><li>Managing the data cleaning process for the study, including interpreting clinical site responses to queries, and determining whether the responses are sufficient.</li><li>Proactively updating the clinical database with the resolution provided and determining the resolution status of the queries, for studies using paper-based processes.</li><li>Leading the efforts in regular status updates to the Clinical Data Manager regarding data cleaning efforts to facilitate an expeditious database lock.</li><li>Performing quality control measures to ensure the final clinical database is prepared for analysis and reporting as specified in the Data Management Plan.</li><li>Participating in system and study validation processes, including the creation and execution of validation test documentation.</li><li>Creating trial specific documentation as needed, such as CRF Completion Guidelines.</li><li>Providing support for study team and investigational site staff regarding Electronic Data Capture systems.</li><li>Initiating and participating in Clinical Data Management initiatives, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the standard processes and technologies utilized within the department.</li><li>Assisting with data processor activities during times of peak workload.</li><li>Providing data management trial support for the study Clinical Data Manager. </li></ul>What We Think You Need to be Successful in this Role <ul><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years clinical data review/cleaning experience, preferably in pharmaceutical research and development or related field.</li><li>Preferred experience with relational databases, preferably Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.</li><li>Oracle Clinical, Rave, or Inform systems preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of computer system validation, in particular FDA 21 CFR part 11, desired.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to interpret, evaluate and trouble-shoot issues pertaining to the data associate activities, to determine the appropriate actions necessary for ensuring that the tasks associated with cleaning are completed both accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Working knowledge of federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Good Clinical Data Management Practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, of English.</li><li>Accurately and efficiently work towards quality results.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as handle multiple diverse projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints.</li><li>Independent decision making and implementation.</li><li>Exceptional knowledge of MS Office products.</li><li>Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. </li></ul>In addition to working on some great teams, full-time employees will get: <ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision coverage (Company contributes significantly to premiums)</li><li>20 days PTO + 13 Paid Holidays</li><li>100% employer matching 401(k)</li><li>Short &amp; Long-term disability benefits</li></ul>

What You Will Achieve:The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Organogenesis is a clinical and scientific expert representing the Medical Science team. How You Will Achieve It:<ul><li>In cooperation with the Medical Information Center, respond to requests for clinical and scientific information related to Organogenesis’s products.</li><li>Develop and prepare educational slide decks which are presented to various external customers.</li><li>Remain current on the developments and trends in medical sciences. Attend assigned local, regional, and national medical symposiums. Assist with publication planning and execution initiatives. Follow up may also involve re-education regarding effective &amp; safe product usage.</li><li>Identify potential investigators for clinical development programs and interact with them on an ongoing basis.</li></ul> What You Need to Achieve It:Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Clinical experience in the wound healing field is preferred. Must have effective project management, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently and in groups in a collegial manner. Must be able to travel up to 80% (4 days a week).<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a health care provider, MSL, or in the wound care field. Position Overview: Tempus’s Southeast Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team (Tennessee, Georgia and Northeast Florida) and to exceeding sales goals across Tempus’s product portfolio. This encompasses the creation and implementation of regional and territory business plans as well as the selection, hiring, training, development, and management of Clinical Account Executives within a defined geographic region. The RSM will be responsible for managing business results, sales activities, and cross functional initiatives in a specific regional geography. Responsible for making the day to day decisions required to manage a business function including deploying resources, allocating costs, and directing business activities. Securing and analyzing relevant information, knowledge of region, market intelligence, environmental factors and political landscape, to identify key issues and committing to action after developing alternative solutions that take into consideration strategic objectives, resource constraints and organizational values. This is a front-line sales management/leadership position covering several states requiring frequent travel to work with Account Executives in their assigned territories.
